Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the template has not been substantially used, copied, or downloaded in full after access was granted. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for defective or misdescribed products.

To request a refund, email us at jobs@hexlogic.store with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

• Digital downloads that have been fully accessed or downloaded.
• Custom commissions or bespoke template work.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Change of mind after the template has been used in a live project.
